Customs duties and import taxes
For deliveries outside Switzerland, customs duties, import taxes (e.g. VAT) and handling fees may apply. These costs are paid by the recipient. They are usually collected on delivery by the courier or your local post office.
We know customs costs can be frustrating. That's why we declare every parcel correctly and do everything we can to keep your customs costs as low as possible.
