- The bikinis/swimming trunks are delivered 2-5 days after receipt of the order. The delivery time is a maximum of 2-5 working days (for deliveries throughout Switzerland).
- Free shipping generally applies to purchases over 150 CHF. If the value of the goods is lower, the price is generally between 2.90 CHF - 7 CHF. The amount depends on the size and weight.
- Returns in Switzerland are possible within 10 days of receipt of the goods. (For all other countries, 30 days apply)

Custom-made items/individual pieces must be paid for before receipt. Refunds are not possible. Exception: Exchange for another bikini or the bikini can be resold.
